Needs
The customer needed to build a new and efficient logistics platform in Venezuela. The predominant request of the technical management was to have a plant designed and built in an entirely “European” way with systems and management of the same with specific characteristics used in the platforms of the Italian type (among the best in the world in terms of energy efficiency and rational use of space within the structures).
The Solution
ESA Elettromeccanica has succeeded in a relatively simple way in realising all the systems and integrations of a large refrigerated logistics centre, managing the entire process of defining the planning and realisation of the electrical and automation works. The only fundamental difference is that the construction of the plants was done in another continent with all the problems of managing a large order to which add the logistical difficulties of transport and especially the profound cultural difference of the local authorities and technicians.
